Dental Data Manager Forms is a tool for data collection and analysis. Dental schools/clinics can register at the website and create data forms. In the web portal, one can setup their custom flexible forms via a FormStudio plugin, define lookup data for fields and set validation/behavior rules on the data controls.
Once the forms are deployed and OHSForms app downloaded, assigned users can login and access their clinic/school forms and gather data. Users can save data as draft and synchronize later, manually or synchronize with server right away or on demand.
